As an ultra Trail runner thanks to YOGA, I’ve been writing in Italian regularly for Adrenaline Channel, Correre Mag, Yoga Journal Italia. Diaries and articles on races such as Lavaredo Ultra Trail, CCC-Ultra Trail Mont Blanc.

Let me know if you want me to write. I’ve been published a few times. My background is exercise science. I have experimented with programs to keep annual mileage low while still being able to compete in ultras.
